I actually went to the cactus room 4 years ago with a group of friends while on a roadtrip. Bob was hilarious and super nice. Turns out hes from California! We tried the bison burger and fries and man was it amazing!! We ate their twice before we continued on our trip and on our way home to California we made a 4 hour detour to go back one last time! This time we also got some of Bob's homemade pies, I tried the peanut butter and it was perfectly delicious 👌🏽 To this day I still recommend it to anyone going to Zion & please bring me a burger!!! And don't forget to sign his guest book!

Cactus Room at Buffalo Trails Trading Co. in Virgin UT. Chef, cook and owner Bob is quite a character. Very friendly, personable, intense owner made us great buffalo burgers and hand cut homemade French fries "well seasoned doesn't need anything else" Bob said. He was right. Also has the ribeye wrap with grilled veggies in the side. Yes! Well seasoned. A fabulous ad on experience on our homemade tour of National Parks In Utah.

The best service and food in town! Hands down the beat bison burger I’ve ever had. Everything is sourced locally by the owner. They have some amazing burgers and fries and their pie is outstanding! The owner is friendly and humorous as long as you can take a joke or two. Definitely would recommend for anyone near Zion.
